GROWTHMapper is the leading strategic planning tool for businesses, highlighting strengths and weakness to inform a robust plan for phased growth and associated sustainable business resilience.

During the workshop each participant will complete a GROWTHMapper benchmark. This is done via our online portal and is based around a questionnaire on the following key business elements:

· Sustainability

· Change

It will take no more than 15 mins to complete and you simply answer yes or no to each question.

You will then receive a copy of your GROWTHMapper report which you will be guided through by one of our Business Growth Adviser’s throughout the session. Your individual GROWTHMapper report will enable you to:

• Benchmark your business

• Critically analyse the current state of your business

• Provide a clear assessment of the biggest opportunities, and challenges, you face in achieving your high growth potential.
